What needs attention?
Entrances, customer areas, building fronts, deteriorated surfaces, or a broader interior refresh. Photos and existing drawings help define the request.
For facilities, operations & property teams
A refreshed entrance is one part of the job. Coordinating with the people in the store, planning materials, and communicating completion are part of the work too.

Experience across approximately 40 Kroger locations
The contracting company supplied the elevations. Marberk coordinated scheduling with store managers, determined material quantities, managed the work on site, and emailed closeout to our contracting client with the manager’s authorization.
These subcontracted assignments included nighttime interiors and exterior storefront work. Quality led to further locations being authorized by the contracting company.

Discuss hours, site contacts, access requirements, and the people who need to be involved at each property.
We can discuss an initial property and use its scope to plan the next conversation. You do not need every location fully specified to contact us.
Direct communication
For direct projects, we will review scope, local coordination, materials, the proposed schedule, and how completion will be communicated. We also discuss how changes will be reviewed so expectations stay clear.
