Review the location and requirements
Start with drawings or elevations where available, the surfaces involved, their condition, and what the finished space needs to look like. Tell us whether this is one location or part of a sequence.
How we work
From project requirements to the local manager’s coordination and the final handoff, make the responsibilities visible.
Start with drawings or elevations where available, the surfaces involved, their condition, and what the finished space needs to look like. Tell us whether this is one location or part of a sequence.
Discuss working hours, access, local contacts, material requirements, and any activities around the work. Our Kroger experience included agreeing work times directly with store managers.
Identify preparation, surfaces, coating requirements, included work, exclusions, and expected timing. Discuss how a change will be communicated and authorized.
Coordinate the agreed activities and address conditions as they become visible. In retail work, Marberk managed material quantities and execution, including overnight interior assignments.
Agree who reviews the finished work and how completion is communicated. For Kroger assignments, Marberk emailed closeout to its contracting client with authorization from the store manager.
Proven field experience
The contracting company supplied elevations. Marberk coordinated schedules with managers, calculated material quantities, managed painting, and communicated closeout. That operational experience comes from work in approximately 40 Kroger locations.
