About Marberk

The people doing the work
take responsibility for the details.

Marberk brings hands-on commercial painting and site-management experience to businesses that need dependable execution at their locations.

Our experience

Painting is the visible part. Coordination gets it delivered.

Across approximately 40 Kroger locations, Marberk received elevations from the contracting company and managed the work in the field: scheduling with store managers, calculating material quantities, performing the work, and communicating project closeout with local authorization.

The work included overnight interiors and exterior storefronts. According to Marberk’s owner, the quality of execution led the contracting company to continue assigning locations.

This experience was gained as a subcontractor.

What that means for your next project.

Responsibility at the location

Someone needs to turn project requirements into working hours, material needs, and the activities on site. That operational responsibility is part of our experience.

A scope worth discussing

Review preparation, finishes, timing, and what is included before work begins. A clear scope makes both the price and the expected result easier to evaluate.

A defined finish to the job

Agree how the completed work will be reviewed, who authorizes completion, and how that information reaches the person managing the project.

Work you can examine

Different properties. Real execution experience.

Our project collection includes retail work, hotel exteriors, operational interiors, and the repaint of a severely deteriorated block wall at IU. Each case identifies the work shown so you can compare it with your needs.
